Hillbilly Mondrian
Piet Mondrian was a Dutch artist famous for the paintings that used bold colorful squares and rectangles. A mountain barbeque restaurant has its walls lined in old license plates. Certain sections seemed to group the plates by colors or color families. So, I'm certain that in addition to serving tasty rib and catfish entrees, the proprietors of this restaurant are Mondrian aficionados as well.
